1 medium sized crab
 
2 tsp. lemon juice
 
1 Tbs. cream or top milk
 
2 tsp. vinegar
 
2 tsp. chopped parsley
 
3 Tbs. breadcrumbs
 
1/2 tsp. anchovy essence
 
1/2 oz. butter or margarine
 
Paprika pepper
 
Pinch of cayenne pepper
 
Toast

Directions

Mix the crab meat with the other ingredients and heat in a pan.
Serve in hot scallop dishes and decorate the top with paprika pepper.
