Hot Buttered Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup cut green beans
3/4 cup cut yellow wax beans
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup tomato, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp basil leaves, minced
1 tbsp spinach leaves, minced
1 tbsp watercress leaves, minced
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch string beans 1 minute.
Drain.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook beans 3 minutes or so.
Add remaining ingredients.
While stirring, continue cooking 4 minutes or so.
Drain.
