Hot Broccoli Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli package | 2 , chopped | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 hard-cooked eggs, quartered | ||
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
Add soup, mayonnaise, and eggs to broccoli.
Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese and wheat germ.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
