Ingredients

 1 pkg. hot roll mix
 1 egg white, slightly beaten
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Prepare the hot roll mix according to package directions, using 1 cup warm water and omitting the egg.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Place on a lightly floured surface and knead.
Cut off pieces slightly smaller than golf balls and roll each with hands to 10-inch pencil-thin stick.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Mix the egg white with 1 tablespoon water and brush on bread sticks.
Let rise for about 20 minutes.
Brush again with egg white mixture and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
