 Fresh Lemon Rind - 2 nos
 Cinnamon
 Nutmeg
 Mace
 Cloves
 Sugar syrup6 Tablespoon
 Boiling water1/2 Pint
 Lemon juice1
 Brandy1 Bottle (1l)

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan with boiling water, add in lemon rind, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace and sugar.
2) Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Strain the mixture.
4) Transfer the mixture into a warm punch bowl.
5) Stir in lemon juice and brandy.

SERVING
6) Immediately, set the mixture on fire. When the fire douses, transfer into punch cups.
