Hot Brandied Spinach Recipe
Ingredients

| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brandy | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Remove white stalks.
Cut or tear in half lengthwise, then across.
Wash well, pat dry.
Combine Worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice, sugar and vinegar, stir to dissolve sugar and to combine ingredients.
Put into pan.
When hot, add spinach, toss over high heat 1 minute, add brandy, toss few seconds more.
It is important to cook spinach very quickly and remove from pan, or it will darken.
