Hot Beef Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 cup milk
1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, cubed
1 3-ounce package smoked sliced beef, chopped
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup (1 ounce) Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Saute onions in margarine.
Add milk and cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
