Hot Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Kidney beans | 1 1 pound, drained | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 1/4 pound sharp process American cheese, diced | ||
| 1/3 cup chopped sweet pickle | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise | ||
| 1/3 cup rich-round-cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the crumbs; toss lightly, spoon into four 8-ounce or six 5-ounce bakers or custard cups.
Sprinkle crumbs atop.
Bake in very hot oven (450°) 10 minutes or till bubbly.
Garnish each with crisp bacon curl.
