Hot Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup kidney beans, cooked and drained
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sharp American cheese, diced
1/4 cup sweet relish
1/4 cup onions, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup low-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup wheat germ
Directions
Combine beans, celery, cheese, relish, onions, mayonnaise and salt in a large bowl.
Stir to mix thoroughly.
Spoon into 8 custard cups or baking dishes.
Sprinkle wheat germ on top.
Bake at 450°F (225°C) for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
