Hot Bean Pot Recipe

| Bacon fat | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pickle juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4, cup strong coffee | ||
| Bacon Slices | 6 | |
Directions
Pour beans into 2-quart casserole.
Mix mustard, seasonings, and onion with bacon fat, pickle juice, vinegar, and coffee; pour over beans.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes.
Garnish with cooked bacon slices.
