Hot Avocado With Seafood Recipe

Combine in bowl oysters, shelled and chopped prawns, drained and flaked crab and chopped capers.
Combine in blender or food processor mayonnaise, parsley, chives, mustard and lemon juice.
Process or blend 15 seconds.
Season sauce with salt and pepper, add egg yolk, process or blend further 5 seconds.
Combine one-third of the sauce with seafood.
Cut avocados in half, remove stones.
Place a teaspoonful of sauce in each avocado half, pile seafood evenly into avocado halves, top with some of the sauce, sprinkle with paprika.
Place avocados in small baking dish which has 1cm (1/2 in) of hot water in bottom of dish.
Bake in moderate oven 10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and set.(Do not overcook or reheat avocado; it turns bitter).
