 1 cup grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
 2/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt
 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
 1 clave garlic, minced
 Artichoke hearts1 Can (10oz), drained
 Green onions2 Tablespoon, sliced

Directions

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic.
Gently stir in the artichokes.
Cook in a microwave oven on high power (100%) about 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 60 seconds.
Stir before serving and sprinkle with the onions to garnish.
