Hot Apple Cider Recipe

Bev Smith first introduced me to this recipe when I ventured out to visit her farm in Gippsland during the middle of winter. It’s a wonderful combination of honey, apple cider, and nourishing warmth. I recommend it first thing in the morning before breakfast, or last thing at night before you sleep.
