Hot And Spicy Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| One 28-ounce can diced tomatoes in juice | ||
| 1 to 2 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes | ||
| One 4-ounce can chopped ripe olives, drained | ||
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon, drained | |
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil and saute the garlic and anchovy until the garlic is golden.
Stir in the tomatoes with their liquid and red pepper flakes to taste.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, partially covered, for 40 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the olives and capers.
