Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground pork
1/2 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups noodles, cooked
6 ounces canned tomato sauce
1 small green pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups onion, diced
2 pimentos, sliced
1 1/2 cups American cheese, diced
1/3 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup parsley, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 strips bacon, diced
Directions
1) Mix together all of the ingredients with the exception of the bacon. Sprinkle the bacon on the botoom of a well-oiled casserole dish. Place the mixture on top of the bacon, spreading evenly.
