Hot And Spicy Asparagus Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Asparagus | 1 1/2 pound | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 8-10 cloves garlic, cut into thin sliceslengthwise | ||

| Vinegar | 5 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Remove stem ends and peel tough part of asparagus. Cut diagonally into 2-2 1/2" pieces (5-5.75 cm).
2. Cook asparagus for about 2 1/2 minutes in boiling water. Plunge in ice-cold water to stop cooking. Drain.
3. Heat oil in hot wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic slices, stirring for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Turn off heat.
4. Stir in asparagus, toss well and transfer to a bowl
