Horseradish Sauce Recipe

This HorseRadish Sauce makes a mindblowing mate for your meat or beef fondue dishes ! Feel free to suggest about this HorseRadish Sauce !

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
 
2 tablespoons dry white wine
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1 peeled tomato, quartered, and coarsely chopped with metal blade

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in processor bowl.
Process with metal blade until smooth.
Fold in tomato pieces and reserve a few for a garnish.
Serve with meat or beef fondue.

You have the right idea with horseradish...........but the mayo ruins it. Why the fat laden goop with a terrible processed flavor? Use fresh plain yogurt, or cream.....anything but mayo.
