Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat, add flour, salt, and both peppers, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in the horseradish and lemon juice, cook until sauce is thoroughly heated.
Serve hot with corned beef or roast beef.
