Horseradish Pineapple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lime gelatin package | 2 | |
| Hot water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 12 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained | ||
| Horseradish | 6 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Add salt, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple and horseradish.
Combine with gelatin, blending well.
Turn into individual molds.
