Horseradish Cream for Asparagus Roll-Ups Recipe

Asparagus meat rolls and horseradish cream is indeed a slice of heaven. Try this horseradish cream with the meat of your choice. I prefer the cream with roast beef asparagus roll ups. Ham too makes a yummy combination.

Ingredients

 
1 Pound Cooked Asparagus (Fresh Or Canned)
 
1 Pound Thinly Sliced Roast Beef Or Cooked Ham
 
1 Cup Heavy Cream
 
Juice Of 1 Lemon
 
2 To 4 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish, To Taste
 
1 Teaspoon Salt
 
Cayenne Pepper, To Taste

Directions

Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of roast beef or ham.
Arrange on a platter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and cayenne.
Beat on high speed of electric mixer until cream forms stiff peaks.
Serve horseradish cream with asparagus meat roll-ups.
