| Horseradish root - 1 cup fresh, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| White vinegar - 1/4 cup, or more if necessary | ||

MAKING
1) In a food processor put horseradish root cubes and grind for 3-4 minutes till fine.
2) Do not inhale it.
3) Add white vinegar to it and mix until thoroughly moist.
4) Sprinkle salt over it and mix well.
SERVING
5) Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator and use as a condiment.
