 Grated horse-radish 4 tbsp. (120 gm. raw wt. approx.)
 Sugar1/8 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Scrub, peel and grate radish.
2. Mix mustard, sugar and salt.
3. Add slightly whipped cream.
4. Add the vinegar gradually. Stir gently.
5. Add horseradish gradually.
