Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Grated horse-radish 4 tbsp. (120 gm. raw wt. approx.) | ||
| Sugar | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. (22 ml.) | ||
| Milk | 75 Milliliter | |
| Cream | 75 | |
Directions
1. Scrub, peel and grate radish.
2. Mix mustard, sugar and salt.
3. Add slightly whipped cream.
4. Add the vinegar gradually. Stir gently.
