Horseradish Herb Dressing Recipe
Ingredients

| Horseradish | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar | ||
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dill weed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
About 30 minutes bejore serving: Combine sour cream, horseradish and vinegar; mix until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 15 minutes.
Serve over tossed greens, sliced tomatoes or cucumbers.
