Ground beef - 1 pound 80/20
 
Salt and pepper - to taste
 
Onions - 2 large, sliced
 
Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
 
Water - 4 cups
 
Pretzel buns - 3, (traditionally used was hamburger buns)
 
Horseradish - 3 tablespoons, divided

Directions

MAKING
1)Mix together the beef and the salt and pepper. Form into 3 large balls and place in a sauté pan. Cover with onions, garlic and water. Place the pan on the stove on a medium heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
2) Place the Raschke Burger on a bun, along with all the juices. On the other bun spread 1 tablespoon of horseradish.

SERVING
3) Top with some crispy bacon...serve while hot!!

Traditionally called the Raschke Burgers, these burgers go back years and come down generations. Not too many ingredients required to make these, they turn out perfectly great! Watch and listen closely and try it yourself!
