Horseradish Beef Recipe
Ingredients
| Pot roast - 3 to 4 pounds | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Horseradish sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, brown the meat well on all sides in the oil.
2) In a slow cooker, put the cooked meat.
3) Add all the reamining ingredients.
4) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
