Ingredients

 
2 cups cooked beets
 
1/3 cup prepared horse radish
 
1 small wedge of onion
 
1 tablespoon sugar
 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container.
Cover and process at MIX until well blended.
For full bodied flavor, allow relish to stand in refrigerator 2 or 3 days before using.
Particularly good with roast beef, pork, lamb, tongue or corned beef.
