Hong Kong Hash Recipe
Hong Kong Hash is a sumptuous meat preparation that is simply a joy to prepare and serve. My family loves this dish and I so I make it often for weekend luncheons. Try this Hong Kong Hash. You wont regret it. Trust me!
Ingredients
| Hamburger | 1 Pound | |
| 1 Ige. onion, sliced | ||
| Fat | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1 lge. can Chinese noodles | ||
Directions
Brown hamburger with onion in fat.
Add soy sauce and cooked rice.
Cook celery in water 5 minutes.
Drain; reserve water.
Dilute soups with reserved water.
Add celery, soups and bean sprouts to the meat mixture.
Line 8 x 12 inch baking dish with half of noodles.
Cover with meat mixture.
Spread the remaining noodles on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Add soy sauce and cooked rice.
