1 bunch green onions, bulbs and tops chopped separately

1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cups (480 1) cooked brown rice
1 cup (240 ml) bean sprouts
1 cup (240 ml) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup (60 ml) Clover/Alfalfa Honey
1/4 cup (60 ml) tamari soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in wok or large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry onion bulbs, sweet potato, bell pepper, carrots and zucchini until barley tender.
Add rice, sprouts, mushrooms and onion tops.
Cook quickly; if necessary, add more oil.
Combine honey and tamari soy sauce in cup.
Pour over stir-fry mixture and stir.
