Honeyed Chicken Drumsticks Recipe
Ingredients
| Drumsticks | 12 | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Honey | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange drumsticks in shallow baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
Meanwhile combine salt and pepper, honey and soy sauce.
Remove chicken from oven and baste thoroughly with honey mixture.
Cover and return to oven.
Cook 15 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally.
Remove chicken to warm serving dish and pour pan juices into a small skillet.
In cup blend 1/2 cup cold water into flour.
Stir into pan juices.
Cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened, about 10 minutes.
Serve with drumsticks.
