Honeyed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 lb. frying chicken €” cut up
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Melt butter in a shallow 3 qt. baking dish.
3. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry.
4. Roll the chicken pieces in the honey mixture.
5. Arrange chicken in a single layer.
6. Bake 1 hour at 375°. (350° in glass pan)
7. Turn pieces several times during baking.
