Honeyed Apples Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooking apples - 6 to 8 medium-size | ||
| Raisins | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Red Food Color | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Peel and core apples.
2) Soak raisins in hot water. And leave aside.
3) In a saucepan, mix together honey, sugar, cinnamon and food coloring. Boil for about 10 minutes.
4) Stir in the apples and cook until tender.
5) Place the apples on a platter and put raisins at the center. Pour the syrup.
SERVING
6) Serve honeyed apples with ice cream.
