Honeydewand Pineapple Basket Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 ripe honeydew melon | ||
| Pineapple slice | 4 , canned | |
| Condensed milk | 3 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ground almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut top third off melon and discard seeds.
Scoop flesh out of both parts with a sharp spoon and cut in pieces.
Trim the edges of melon shells by cutting small triangles all around to give a zig-zag effect.
Chop the pineapple and mix with melon flesh, condensed milk, ground almonds and lemon juice.
Pack this mixture into larger melon shell and pile it up in the center.
Put melon lid on at an angle and secure at back with cocktail sticks.
Wrap melon completely in plastic wrap or foil and chill thoroughly.
Serve garnished with fresh leaves and/or flowers and crushed ice.
