Honey Wheat Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Warm milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs), reconstituted | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Active dry yeast | 1 | |
| Whole wheat flour | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine warm (not hot) milk, oil, honey, salt, yeast and half the flour.
With electric mixer, beat well for about 2 minutes.
Add remaining flour; mix well.
Place dough in well greased bread 'n cake bake pan; cover.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Place pan in crock pot.
Cover and bake on high setting for 2 to 3 hours.
Remove pan and uncover.
Let stand 5 minutes
