1/4 cup lemon juice
21/2 tblspn, honey
3 oz. grated coconut
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Blend in honey with the lemon juice then mix into the sour cream.
Just before serving stir in the grated coconut.
This dressing is excellent with grated carrots.
