Honey Peach Butter Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup softened butter 125 mL
6 tbsp peach preserves 90 mL
2tsp honey 10 mL
Directions
In a bowl, beat butter until fluffy.
Mix in peach preserves and honey.
HINT: Keep honey or molasses from sticking to the measuring cup by greasing cup first.
If recipe calls for vegetable oil, measure that first.
