Honey Oat Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats 250 mL
3/4 cup wheat germ 175 mL
1/2 cup natural bran 125 mL
1 tsp cinnamon 5 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1 cup sour milk 250 mL
3/4 cup liquid honey 175 mL
2 eggs, beaten 2
1/2 cup vegetable oil 125 mL
1 cup all purpose flour 250 mL
2 tsp baking powder 10 mL
1 tsp baking soda 5 mL
1/2 cup raisins 125 mL
Directions
In large bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, bran, cinnamon and salt; add milk and let stand for 30 minutes.
Add honey, eggs and oil; mix well.
Stir together flour, baking powder and soda; add to egg mixture all at once.
Stir just until moistened; stir in raisins.
Spoon batter into large greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
