Directions

Cut spareribs into serving-size pieces; place in large pot of boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 45 minutes or until meat is fork-tender and no longer pink inside.
(Alternatively, place ribs in 12-cup/3 L microwaveable casserole, add 1/4 cup/50 mL water.
Cover and microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Microwave, covered, at Medium (50%) for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is fork-tender and no longer pink inside, turning ribs halfway through.) Drain ribs and pat dry.
Combine honey, mustard, oil and rosemary.
On greased grill over medium-hot coals or on medium-high setting, cook ribs, turning often and brushing with honey mixture, for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and glazed.
