Honey Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
3 c. honey
1/2 bottle pectin
Directions
"Combine honey with 1 cup water; bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute; add pectin.
Bring to a rolling boil; boil for 1/2 minute.
Remove from heat.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin."
