Main IngredientPork
Ingredients
4 pork loin chops
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-inch piece ginger root, grated
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-hot. (If preparing the glaze on the grill, preheat the grill to low heat and turn it up to medium-hot when the glaze is finished.)
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Combine in a small pan the honey, orange juice, oil, and ginger; heat the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly until the ingredients are blended.
Place the pork chops on oiled grates and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Brush the chops with the glaze and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting often, until done.
Makes 4 servings.

This looks so appetizing. I shall try this one. I think the combination of honey is awesome. For those who love it too, you should try my Chicken Fricassee with Cream, you'll love it too.
