Ingredients

 8 1/4-inch-thick) slices Canadian bacon
 Vegetable cooking spray
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Dijon Mustard1 Teaspoon
 Dash of ground cloves

Directions

Place Canadian bacon slices in a large skillet coated with cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients, and drizzle over bacon.
Cover and cook over medium heat 15 minutes, turning once.
Place bacon on a warmed serving platter, and spoon any remaining glaze over slices.
