Directions

Medium heat the pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add fresh pork loin, cut and cook in the pan.
Add garlic, onion, ginger, and black pepper.
Stir the ingredients.
Add hot water, soy sauce, honey, and sugar.
Stir them, bring to boil.
Cook the ingredients until sauce thickens.
Stir continuously.
Set the pan aside.
Serve.
