Honey Fruit Compote Recipe

Ingredients
Bananas, diced 5
Sweet limes, peeled ana diced 2
Oranges, peeled and diced 2
Grapes 100 gms
Apples, diced 2
Pomegranate, peeled and cleaned 1
Fresh coconut grated or 1/2
Coconut cream or 250 ml
Mango juice 250 ml
Money 1/4 cup
Jaggery, grated or chopped fine 1 tbsp
Lime, juiced 1
Directions
Chop the bananas in a bowl and pour the lime juice immediately over it to prevent the bananas from discolouring.
Set aside a tablespoon of pomegranate and add the rest to the bowl.
Then add the rest 01 the fruits and the grated coconut or coconut cream.
Mix well.
Add the grated jaggery and mix again.
Finally add the honey and mix well together so that the flavours get well blended.
Transfer to a, glass serving bowl because you will want to show off the attractive multi coloured compote.
Garnish with the pomegranate you have set aside.
Chill for not more than 15 minutes.
Serve in individual bowls.
Be prepared for demands for second and third helpings!
