Honey-Curry Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan.
Add egg, stir well.
Add orange juice and vinegar; stir until smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cover and chill.
Serve over fresh fruit.
