Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup honey 1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate pieces
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cream shortening and honey; beat in egg; add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts and chocolate pieces.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) 10 to 12 minutes.
