Honey Chilli Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
paneer 24 half inch cubes
corn flour 3 tbs spoons
white pepper powder (optional)
salt to season
Green chillies slit Few ( you choose)
soy sauce half cup
vinegar one table spoon
honey one table spoon
ginger 1 inch peiece finely chopped
garlic 2 large cloves finely chopped
green onions sliced for garnish
water
oil to stir fry
Directions
Deep fry the panner to golden brown
In a wok or Kadai add oil
saute the ginger garlic
Add soy sauce,vinegar and honey
Add a 2 cups of water and let it simmer.
Add salt to taste
When the water starts to boil stir in cornflour mixed in water
cook till the starch thickens to a saucy consistancy
Garnish with green onions
Serve hot
