Honey Chicken Legs Recipe

The honey chicken legs are prepared with chicken legs cooked in an oven. Flavored with soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and garlic, the honey chicken legs are savory and sweet and can be served with a side salad. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.

Ingredients

 Chicken legs8 Large
 Soy sauce250 Milliliter
 Honey4 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
 Grated ginger1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon

Directions

1.
Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and oil.
Pour over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 200°C.
3.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4.
Place directly on Low Rack.
Cook for 14-16 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200°C
