1. 1 tea cup fresh yoghurt
2. 1 ripe banana (sliced)
3. 1 tbsp sugar
4. 1 tbsp honey
5. 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
1. Combine yoghurt, banana, sugar, honey and ice cubes in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.

i tried this and it was looooovvveeeellllyy!! great for the summer...maybe then the honey can be reduced or omitted, as it has a slight warming effect

Oh yes for sure...It will give a lot of energy especially during fasting. I prepared this yesterday and it came out very good. The sweetness of honey with a bit sour taste of yoghurt and banana makes this drink a very healthy and tasty one.
