i tried this and it was looooovvveeeellllyy!! great for the summer...maybe then the honey can be reduced or omitted, as it has a slight warming effect

Oh yes for sure...It will give a lot of energy especially during fasting. I prepared this yesterday and it came out very good. The sweetness of honey with a bit sour taste of yoghurt and banana makes this drink a very healthy and tasty one.
