Honey And Garlic Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 to 8 pounds back or side ribs | ||
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| Black pepper | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| 2 tablespoons each Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and soya sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup bottled steak sauce | ||
| White wine | 3 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| 1/2 cup Chinese plum sauce | ||
| 1-16 ounce jar liquid honey | ||
| Molasses | 3 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
Directions
Place ribs in a large pot, cover with water and add next 5 ingredients.
Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, covered, for one hour in the liquid.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients and blend well.
Remove ribs from liquid and place on a broiler pan rack.
Brush both sides of ribs with sauce and bake at 400°F until nicely browned, approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with remaining sauce.
Marvellous after skiing all day.
