Honey Wine Pears Recipe

1 cup concord grape wine
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 inches stick cinnamon
8 pears, pared, halved, and cored
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine 2 cups water, wine, honey, lemon peel, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Cook at HIGH for 10 minutes or till boiling.
Add pears.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 7 to 8 minutes or till tender, stirring once.
