Lightly grease loaf pans.
Combine 3 cups whole wheat flour, nonfat dry milk, salt, and yeast in large mixing bowl.
Heat water, honey, and vegetable oil in saucepan until warm.
Pour over flour mixture.
Blend with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, medium speed 2 minutes.
Stir in by hand remaining whole wheat and all-purpose flours.
Knead 5 minutes.
Place dough in large greased bowl; let rise until double in size.
Punch down, then shape into 2 loaves.
Place in prepared pans.
Let rise until double in size.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
